Q: What if I have numerous positions to fill?

Cancellations and Refunds:

Q: What happens if a placed Candidate leaves within 90 days?

A: You might be eligible for a 50% refund or a replacement Candidate, depending on the situation. We assess each case individually.

Q: Is the Initial Search Fee refundable?

A: No, the Initial Search Fee is non-refundable after 24 hours of payment.

Q: Are there cancellation fees for other services?

A: Yes, if you cancel recruitment services (except placement, sourcing, or searching), a fee up to 20% may apply. We consider the circumstances and progress made.

Guarantee Period:

Q: Do you offer guarantees on placements?

A: We understand wanting reassurance about your recruitment investment. While we can’t guarantee placement within a specific timeframe due to various factors, we do strive for efficiency. Our target placement time is 6 weeks, with a maximum of 100 days. Additionally, if a placed candidate leaves within 90 days of their start date, you may be eligible for a 50% refund or a replacement candidate, depending on the circumstances.

Q: What happens if a placed Candidate leaves during the guarantee period?

A: We might offer a replacement Candidate or a partial refund, based on our agreement.

Candidate Sourcing and Placements:

Q: When is a placement considered successful?

A: When the Candidate formally accepts a written job offer from you.

Q: What’s an Initial Search?

A: It’s the first stage where we actively find potential Candidates and present a shortlist to you.

Q: What’s your placement objective?

A: To source and secure the right Candidate for your open position.

Q: When are placement fees due?

A: Within 30 days of the Candidate accepting the offer (or as agreed based on the payment plan chosen and invoice).

Q: What’s the Initial Search Fee for?

A: To start the sourcing process and dedicate effort to finding the right Candidate. It’s non-refundable after 24 hours.

Q: How long does placement take?

A: We aim for 6 weeks, but it can vary depending on various factors. The maximum timeframe is 100 days.
